Workshop Terms & Conditions – YYD Ventures LLC (Last updated: Sept 2025)

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the workshop “How to Be Heard in a Room Full of Men” hosted by Yann Dang / YYD Ventures LLC.

1. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Because this is a live, interactive experience with limited spots, no refunds will be issued. If you cannot attend, you will still receive replays provided you attend at least one session live.

2. Replay Policy
Replays are only available to participants who attend live. This is to protect the safety and confidentiality of the group and to encourage full participation.

3. Participation Standards
This workshop is designed as a safe space for bold transformation. To maintain the integrity of the experience, all participants agree to:
 - Attend on camera to support connection and accountability.
 - Be fully present during sessions (no multitasking, no eating).
 - Respect confidentiality: what is shared in the workshop stays in the workshop.
 - Engage with respect for all participants and facilitators.

4. Confidentiality
The facilitator will maintain confidentiality regarding participants’ personal information and sharing during the workshop, except where disclosure is required by law. Participants also agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow attendees.

5. Disclaimer
This workshop is for educational and personal development purposes only. It is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial advice. While strategies and tools will be shared, results are not guaranteed and may vary depending on individual participation and effort.

6. Hold Harmless / Limitation of Liability
By registering for this workshop, you acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily participating in an educational and personal development experience. You understand and agree that Yann Dang, YYD Ventures LLC, its employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable or responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the workshop. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yann Dang, YYD Ventures LLC, and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from or arising out of your participation.
