All sales are final. This is a high-touch group coaching experience with limited enrollment to ensure quality and intimacy. No refunds or transfers will be issued. If you are unable to attend live sessions, you will have access to the full program replays and resources as outlined below.

2. Replay Policy
Replays are provided for all scheduled coaching calls and workshops. These recordings are made available exclusively to active participants inside the program portal and must not be shared, downloaded, or distributed.

To preserve the safety and confidentiality of the group, replays will not include private breakout discussions or any segments deemed sensitive by the facilitator.

3. Participation Standards
COMMAND™ is a professional and emotionally safe container for bold leadership growth. By joining, you agree to:

• Attend live sessions on camera whenever possible to foster connection and accountability.

• Be fully present and engaged during sessions (no multitasking, driving, or eating on camera).

• Maintain confidentiality: what is shared in the group stays in the group.

• Communicate and engage with respect for all members and facilitators.

• Take full responsibility for your own emotional and professional development throughout the program.

4. Confidentiality
The facilitator will maintain confidentiality regarding participants’ personal information and sharing during the sessions, except where disclosure is required by law.

Participants also agree to protect the privacy and confidentiality of other members by not recording, screenshotting, or sharing any content, discussions, or materials outside the program container.

5. Disclaimer
This program is for educational and personal development purposes only. It is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, legal, or financial advice. The tools, frameworks, and strategies provided are designed to support leadership growth and emotional intelligence development.

By registering for this program, you acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily participating in an educational and personal development experience.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yann Dang, YYD Ventures LLC, and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from or arising out of your participation in the program.

All program materials, recordings, frameworks, and resources are the intellectual property of YYD Ventures LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission.
